1. Bottle type: UK Jaspar Liquor bottle; 2. Colour: Clear bottle and mould need to be developed; 3. Capacity: 200ml; 4. Technic applied: Frosted effect, screen printing.
This is a project assigned by Jaspar Drinks, a UK company. They sent us an initial design like this:

They want us to provide them exactly the same bottle. So, we have to develop a new mould and provide a nice cap for them. Initially they was thinking to have a red cap for redberry taste, and orange cap for peach flavour. However, the MOQ is at least 50,000pieces, and they didn’t meet the MOQ.
So, we were thinking to provide a ready stock for them. Either a cork or a long screw cap.
Then, the client preferred a short screw cap with tamper proof. We have a few ready stock colour for client to pick up, and we believed silver cap should be one of the most suitable colour. We suggested the client, and it got approved.
As you can see, these were the few colours available, and obviously silver cap was the best option.
The client actually didn’t know what he wanted to sell, so he has designed for a few version and he asked us to produce some sample first. As you can see, each colour of the stroke has a few designs. In order to come out with the screen printing draft, we prepared the film so that it can be printed.

So, here is the initial screen printing samples requested by the client. We sent the sample to the UK for client to pick up. After he received it, he has chosen this design with a frosted version bottle: It looks charming!

Then, we need to get the bottle frosted. This was how it looked like after it was frosted. Then we need to print screen the colours and wordings based on pantone colours:
Then, we have done it perfectly into this:

Finally, we have to pack ship it to the UK. It was safely reaching the UK. This is how the client packed and and sold it to the UK market.

Here we would like to share the manufacturing process of the glass.
Here is the video of screen printing process for the bulk order, as you can see it has to be printed twice to get the effect.
